That, for the purposes of providing the annual charges on a loan
of $200,000 authorised to be raised by the Auckland Regional
Authority under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of
meeting costs and expenses of and incidental to the upgrading of
the western and northern transmission systems of the bulk water
supply, the Auckland Regional Authority hereby makes a special
rate of the several amounts in the dollar set out in the fourth
column of the Schedule hereto on the rateable values set against
such amounts respectively in the third column of such Schedule
of all rateable property of the local authorities listed in the first
column of such Schedule and set against such amounts and rateable
values respectively; and that the special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of the loan, which shall be for a
period of 35 years from 24 March 1969.

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, the Auckland Regional Authority
has resolved to the following effect:

That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan
of $200,000 authorised to be raised under the above-mentioned
Acts for the purposes of and incidental to the continued development of the Hunua Catchments and the Auckland Metropolitan
Water Supply, the Auckland Regional Authority hereby makes a
special rate of the several amounts in the dollar set forth in the
fourth column of the Schedule attached hereto and the rateable
values set against such amounts respectively in the third column
of such Schedule of all rateable property of the local authorities
listed in the first column of such Schedule and set out against such
amounts and rateable values respectively; and that the set rate
shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan,
which shall, at the lender's option, be for periods of 6, 10, and 20
years from 1 June 1969 or until the loan is fully paid off.

Bulk Water Supply Redemption Loan No. 24, 1969, $109,000

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, the Auckland Regional Authority
has resolved to the following effect:

That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan
of $109,000 authorised to be raised by the Auckland Regional
Authority under the above-mentioned Acts for redeeming the
unpaid balance of several loans raised by the Auckland City Council
in connection with its bulk water supply undertaking, which
liability was taken over by the Auckland Regional Authority in
terms of section 42 of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963,
plus the costs of raising such loan, the Auckland Regional Authority
hereby makes a special rate of the several amounts in the dollar
set out in the fourth column of the Schedule hereto and the rateable
values set against such amounts respectively in the third column of
such Schedule of all rateable property of the local authorities listed
in the first column of such Schedule and set out against such amounts
and rateable values respectively; and that the special rate shall be
an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, which
shall, at the lender's option, be for periods of 6, 10, and 20 years
from 13 July 1969 or until the loan is fully paid off.
