PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim from Shoal Bay, Waitemata Harbour, an area of 17.5 perches, as shown, coloured red, on plan M.D. 13383 deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, being Auckland Harbour Board endowment land required for the benefit of the public.

PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the Thames Borough Council on and from 30 April 1969 the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

THREE roods 6 perches, edged red on S.O. Plan 43487, now numbered M.D. 13087, reclaimed by authority of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1966.

The district land registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his register as are necessary to give effect to this order.

Exempting Land in the Westland Land District from the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925

PURSUANT to section 167 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby exempt the land described in the Schedule hereto from the operation of Part III of the said Act.


SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land containing 1 rood, more or less, being Lot 231, D.P. 1508, and being part Section 3, Block II, Mawheranui Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 2B, folio 408, Westland Registry; save and excepting for Her Majesty the Queen all seams or beds of coal and all other minerals and metals and reserving to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said coal, minerals, and metals a right of ingress, egress, and regress under the said land.

PURSUANT to section 23 of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint the Waiapu County Council to have the control and management of the Te Puia Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, as from the 30th day of June 1969.

TE PUIA CEMETERY

ALL that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 2 acres, more or less, being Lot 1 of Section 69 and Lot 3 of Section 136, Te Puia Suburban, situated in Block XVI, Mata Survey District (S.O. Plan 3294).
