Revocation of Appointment of Officer Authorised to Take and Receive Statutory Declarations

His Excellency the Governor-General has revoked the appointment authorised on 12 June 1958 of the holder for the time being of the office of Senior Administrative Officer, Head Office, Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Wellington, in the service of the Crown, as an officer authorised to take and receive statutory declarations under section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957.

Deputies to Members of the Electricity Distribution Commission—Instrument of Appointment

PURSUANT to section 7 of the Electricity Distribution Commission Act 1967, after consultation with the Executive Committee of the Electrical Supply Authorities Association, I hereby revoke the appointment of the late John Colin Lucas, of Dunedin, as deputy to Sir John Meech, k.c.v.o., and I hereby appoint Dr Denis Rogers, of Hamilton, to be deputy to Sir John Meech, k.c.v.o.

PURSUANT to the Waterfront Industry Act 1953, the Minister of Labour hereby appoints the following persons to be the Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Picton for the term of 1 year expiring on the 31st day of May 1970.
