Dunsandel-Hororata Road (from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 24 chains measured north-westerly generally along the said road from the said State highway).

The Traffic (Wanganui City and Waitotara County) Notice No. 1, 1969
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Wanganui City and Waitotara County) Notice No. 1, 1969.
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Third Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 10th day of April 1963†, which relates to Wanganui City, is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Wanganui City:
Brunswick Road (from the north-western boundary of Wanganui City to a point 18 chains measured north-westerly generally along the said road from Weka Street).
Chester Road.
Kaikokopu Road (from the north-western boundary of Wanganui City to Ward Street).
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waitotara County, adjacent to Wanganui City:
No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) (from the north-western boundary of Wanganui City to a point 10 chains measured south-easterly generally along the said State highway from Virginia Road).
SITUATED within Wanganui County, near Wanganui City:
No. 2 Line (from the eastern boundary of Wanganui City to a point 8 chains measured easterly generally along the said line from the said boundary).
Wikitoria Road (from the Wanganui Metropolitan Motorway to a point 56 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said road from the said motorway).
THIRD SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waitotara County, near Wanganui City:
No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) (from a point 10 chains measured south-easterly generally along the said State highway from Virginia Road to a point 44 chains measured north-westerly generally along the said State highway from the said road).
Virginia Road (from the No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) to the north-western boundary of Wanganui City).

The Traffic (Lower Hutt City) Notice No. 1, 1969
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Lower Hutt City) Notice No. 1, 1969.
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
The Warrants under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 3rd day of August 1960† and the 27th day of April 1965‡, which relate to the Eastern Hutt Road and Seaview Road, in Lower Hutt City, are hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Lower Hutt City:
Eastern Hutt Road (from the northern boundary of Lower Hutt City to a point 9 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said road from the subway leading to the Pomare Railway Station).
Seaview Road (from the southern boundary of Lower Hutt City to Parkside Road).
SECOND SCHEDULE
EASTERN Hutt Road (from a point 14 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said road from the Stokes Valley Stream bridge to a point 12 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said road from the said bridge).
Seaview Road (from the southern boundary of Lower Hutt City to Parkside Road).

The Warrant under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 2nd day of March 1966†, which relates to the Lower Hutt - Eastbourne Road, in Eastbourne, is hereby revoked.
