Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work in Paparua and Ellesmere Counties and Not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 26th day of May 1969.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Otorohanga County Council and Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Otorohanga and revokes the reservation as a site for a roadman’s paddock over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Levels and revokes the reservation for gravel purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
