Additional Land Taken for the Purposes of the Kawakawa-Hokianga Railway and for Road Diversion in Connection Therewith

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kawakawa-Hokianga Railway, and the land in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road diversion in connection therewith.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of additional land taken:

0 0 0.1 Parts road, adjoining railway land in Proclamation
0 0 3.5 No. 3236; coloured green, edged green.
Both situated in Block IV, Punakitere Survey District, Bay of Islands County (S.O. 46141).
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
For Road Diversion
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

All situated in Block IV, Punakitere Survey District, Bay of Islands County (S.O. 46141).

Situated in Blocks III and IV, Punakitere Survey District, Bay of Islands County (S.O. 46141).
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 23428 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as abovementioned.

Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA COUNTY
PART Kaitao Rotohokahoka 1L 1 Block, situated in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District: area, 1 acre 3 roods 6.7 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 35690).

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
