In the proclamation dated the 15th day of February 1969 and published in Gazette, 6 March 1969, No. 13, p. 406, declaring land taken for street in Block IV, Thames Survey District, Borough of Thames, for the area "2.2 perches", which appears in the Schedule thereto, read "2.5 perches", which last-mentioned description appears in the proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-General.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 8.85 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 632. All certificate of title, Volume 93, folio 203, Wellington Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Hepburn Road substation).

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Bunnythorpe substation); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of May 1969.
