A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of May 1969.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway.

ALL that piece of land containing 31.1 perches situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 6008, and being part Section 547, Town of Wellington; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23147 (S.O. 27604) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in the City of Lower Hutt as being necessary for the proper development of the said lands in accordance with the operative district scheme of the Council for uses permitted in a commercial “B” zone under the code of ordinances and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of May 1969.
