CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated the 3rd day of March 1969 and published in Gazette, 27 March 1969, No. 17, p. 568, proclaiming land as road in Block 1, Forest Hill Hundred, Southland County, for the plan number “M.O.W. 33041”, which appears in the Schedule thereto, read “M.O.W. 23041”, which last-mentioned description appears in the notice signed by John Rae for the Minister of Works.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in Block I, Tainui Survey District, and described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
5 0 0.9 Part Mokau Mohakatino 2A Block, being part of the land shown, edged red, on M.L. Plan 1575.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of May 1969.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 11.6 perches situated in Block VIII, Newcastle Survey District, being part Allotment 241, Komakorau Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23115 (S.O. 44526) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
