ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 4.6 perches situated in Block VII, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County, Hawke’s Bay R.D., being part Blocks 3 and 55, Puketapu Crown Grant District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23106 (S.O. 5894) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for Purposes of a Road in Block XXVIII, Town of Clinton, Clutha County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Clutha by Raymond Francis Girvan under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 10032, recorded in certificate of title, Volume 2D, folio 864, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Clutha as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of May 1969.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 7.1 perches situated in the Town of Clinton, being Lot 1, D.P. 10440, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 2D, folio 864, Otago Land Registry.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block III, Wairarapa Survey District
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was taken for the Wellington-Napier via Woodville railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road; and that such road shall be under the control of the Featherston County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other roads are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 29.9 perches situated in Block III, Wairarapa Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part railway land in Proclamation 29355; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18672 (S.O. 24483) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Opotiki Hydatids Control District Order 1969.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

The areas comprising the County and Borough of Opotiki are hereby declared a hydatids control district to be called the Opotiki Hydatids Control District.

The Opotiki County Council is hereby appointed the Hydatids Control Authority for that district.
