HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 44 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated 22 December 1954, and published in Gazette, 22 December 1954, Volume III, p. 2070, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2391, declaring land to be a motorway, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, the land being no longer required for that purpose.
