Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric Power Board Empowering Order 1969

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 31st day of March 1969
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 76 of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric Power Board Empowering Order 1969.
- This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1969.
- The Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric Power Board is hereby empowered to lay, put up, place, and construct electric works which may from time to time be required for the distribution and supply of electricity within that area, formerly the licensed area of the Raetihi Borough Council, as defined in an Order in Council dated 20 October 1965 and published in the Gazette on the 28th day of the same month at p. 1845.
