Appointing a Member of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Council

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint
Keith Willbur Blackmore, of Alexandra
to be a member of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Council, as representing borough councils and town councils, for the residue of the term of the late John Colin Lucas.
