Declaring Land in North Auckland Land District to be a Water Area (Part Kaira Farm Settlement) for the Purpose of Section 50 of the Land Act 1948

Acquisition of Land as Part of the Ruakaka Bay Scenic Reserve

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of Part IV of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, as an addition to the Ruakaka Bay Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Ship Cove and Queen Charlotte Sound Reserves Board.

National Roads Board—Notice Concerning the Stopping of Vehicles on Roads

It is hereby notified that, pursuant to the National Roads Board Bylaw 1958, No. 1*, the Board has, by resolution carried at its meeting on 19 March 1969, prohibited the stopping of vehicles on that portion of State highway described in the Schedule hereto for the period commencing on the 1st day of October and ending on the 5th day of November in each year so long as this prohibition remains in force.

SCHEDULE

STATE Highway 91 (Balclutha to Kaitangata):

On the southern side of State Highway 91 along the frontage of the Hermitage Estate, being Lots 57 to 58, D.P. 2254, a distance of approximately 106 ft.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 March 1969, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 41 State Highway (Taumarunui to Turangi) from the western boundary of Block Waihi-Kahakaharoa part 9B, at Waihi Junction, generally south-eastwards for a distance of approximately 2 miles 65 chains to the south-easterly boundary of Block Waipapa part 2A 2, as more particularly shown on sheets 1, 2, and 3 of plans M.O.W. 15173 and the accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Taumarunui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
