Revocation of Licence at Riverton Harbour

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted to William Andrew Cleghorn on 27 March 1968* to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea in Riverton Harbour for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty, walkway, and shed, as shown on plan M.D. 12680, is revoked as from the 1st day of February 1969.

Assignment of Rock Oyster Farming Lease

PURSUANT to the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964 and to the Rock Oyster Farming Regulations 1964, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the lease of the lease land shown in the plan numbered M.D. 12743, granted to Alan Stanley Grant and Melville John Lynch on 9 December 1967* for the purpose of developing a rock oyster farm, has been assigned to Melville John Lynch and Robert Frederick Meynell and their respective executors, administrators, and assigns.

Consent to the Erection of Flashing Red Traffic Control Lights by Waikato Earthmovers Ltd.

PURSUANT to regulation 18 (5) of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Minister of Transport hereby consents to the erection of flashing red lights by Waikato Earthmovers Ltd., at the place described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of traffic control.

SITUATED within Matamata County on No. 27 State Highway (Mangatarata-Tirau) at the intersection of Dunlops Road with the said highway, at the position indicated on the plan T.T. 4021.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve to Scenic Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Ruakaka Bay Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for sounds foreshore purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes; and, further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Ruakaka Bay Scenic Reserve, to be administered by the Ship Cove and Queen Charlotte Sound Reserves Board.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY—PART RUAKAKA BAY SCENIC RESERVE

Declaration that Leasehold Land be a Private Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the leasehold land described in the Schedule hereto to be a private scenic reserve under and subject to the provisions of Part IV of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Henderson Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Henderson Borough Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation reserves.
