National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 March 1969, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 75 State Highway (Christchurch to Akaroa) from its junction with Templeton’s Road to its junction with Lillian Street, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plans M.O.W. 15133 and the accompanying Schedule held in the Christchurch office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Christchurch, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 March 1969, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 5 State Highway (Tirau to Napier) commencing at a point approximately 20 chains south of its junction with Dawson’s Drive and directly opposite the northern boundary of part Waikuta No. 2 Block, part P.R. 156/18, and extending generally southwards for a distance of approximately 1⅓ miles to Rotorua City boundary, as more particularly shown on sheets 1, 2, and 3 of plans M.O.W. 15135 and the accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Rotorua, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
NOTICE is given that, pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the Maori people generally.

Notice Cancelling Maori Reservation
WHEREAS by Order in Council of 15 June 1966, published in Gazette, 23 June 1966, No. 38, p. 990, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori reservation for the common use and benefit of the Maori people of Rotorua for the extraction of flax therefrom:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, notice is hereby given that such reservation is cancelled.
