PURSUANT to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve the following appointments, extension of commission, transfer in branch, retirements and resignation of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

GENERAL DUTIES BRANCH

Appointment

Flight Lieutenant Riley Charles Bell (81020) is granted a permanent commission in the General Duties Branch, Regular Air Force, with effect from 21 January 1969.

Extension of Commission

Flight Lieutenant Sydney Albert Vincent (76191) is granted an extension of his short-service commission for a further period, to expire on 31 March 1971, to be followed by 4 years in the Reserve of Air Force Officers.

Resignation

Flight Lieutenant Peter MacDonald Rhodes (825175) is permitted to resign his commission, with effect from 28 November 1968.
