RANGITIKEI COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Rangitikei County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of $9,600 authorised to be raised by the Rangitikei
County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
Ratana Pensioners Flats Loan 1968, the said Rangitikei
County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.000383c in
the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property in
the whole of the County of Rangitikei; and that the special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of
the loan, and be payable yearly on the 6th day of September
in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being
a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the
Rangitikei County Council held on the 6th day of March
1969.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Rangitikei County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of $18,400 authorised to be raised by the Rangitikei
County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the Wai-
ouru Sewerage Loan 1968, the said Rangitikei County Council
hereby makes a special rate of 8.94c in the dollar upon the
rateable value of all rateable property in the whole of the
Waiouru Sewerage Special Rating Area; and that the special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of
the loan, and be payable yearly on the 6th day of September
in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being
a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the
Rangitikei County Council held on the 6th day of March
1969.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTIONS MAKING SPECIAL RATES
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Wellington City Council, at a meeting held on Monday, the
3rd day of March 1969, resolved as follows:
Wellington City Reserves Redevelopment and Improvement
Loan (Stage 1) 1969, of $144,500
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of one hundred and forty-four thousand five hundred
dollars ($144,500) to be known as the Wellington City
Reserves Redevelopment and Improvement Loan (Stage 1)
1969, of $144,500, authorised to be raised by the Wellington
City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose
of developing reserves, the Wellington City Council hereby
makes a special rate of decimal nought eight five of a
cent (0.0085c) in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis
of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the
whole of the City of Wellington; and that the said special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency
of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of
April in each year during the currency of the said loan,
being a period of twenty-five (25) years or until the loan
is fully paid off.”
Wellington City Newlands Reserve Loan 1969, of $22,000
“THAT, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of twenty-two thousand dollars ($22,000) to be known
as the Wellington City Newlands Reserve Loan 1969, of
$22,000, authorised to be raised by the Wellington City
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
developing Newlands reserve, the Wellington City Council
hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought nought one
five of a cent (0.0015) in the dollar on the rateable value
(on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable
property within the whole of the City of Wellington; and
that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate
during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly
on the 1st day of April in each year during the currency of
the said loan, being a period of twenty-five (25) years or
until the loan is fully paid off.”
Wellington City Reserves Loan 1969, of $40,000
“THAT, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to be known as
the Wellington City Reserves Loan 1969, of $40,000, author-
ised to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the
above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing a grand-
stand, dressing rooms, toilet, and public facilities associated
with the construction of a playing field, the Wellington City
Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought
nought two five of a cent (0.0025) in the dollar on the rate-
able value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all
rateable property within the whole of the City of Wellington;
and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring
rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable
yearly on the 1st day of April in each year during the
currency of the said loan, being a period of twenty-five (25)
years or until the loan is fully paid off.”
Wellington City Housing Supplementary Loan (Newtown
Park Flats) 1969, of $24,000
“THAT, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of twenty-four thousand dollars ($24,000) to be
known as the Wellington City Housing Supplementary Loan
(Newtown Park Flats) 1969, of $24,000, authorised to be
raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-men-
tioned Act for the purpose of completing the purpose for
which the Housing Loan (Newtown Park Flats) 1965, of
$550,000 was sanctioned, the Wellington City Council hereby
makes a special rate of decimal nought nought one of a cent
(0.001c) in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of
the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the
whole of the City of Wellington; and that the said special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of
such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of
April in each year during the currency of the said loan, being
a period of forty (40) years or until the loan is fully paid
off.”

MARLBOROUGH COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Marlborough County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges
on a loan of $32,000 authorised to be raised by the Marl-
borough County Council under the above-mentioned Act for
the purpose of providing a water supply in the Lower
Dashwood area, the said Marlborough County Council hereby
makes a special rate of point nine one one cents (.911c) in
the dollar upon the rateable value (on the basis of the
unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Lower
Dashwood Water Supply Special Rating area of the County
of Marlborough, and that the special rate shall be an annual-
recurring one during the currency of the loan being a period
of 35 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
