Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Ohura Domain

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Ohura Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT—OHURA TOWN DISTRICT—PART OHURA DOMAIN

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau, in trust, for that purpose.

Maori Land Development Notice

Whereas by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the lands referred to in that notice are subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of those lands have subsequently been changed and they are now known under the appellation set out in the Second Schedule hereto; and whereas it is desired to release the said land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1969, No. 7.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
