Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Taranaki County Council on the 13th day of September 1968:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said County and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”
