Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
NOTICE is given that, pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground and place of historical interest for the common use and benefit of members of the Ngatimaru tribe.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 February 1969, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno to Wellington) from its intersection with Ellison Street, near the southern boundary of Napier City, to the Ngaruroro River, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 and 2 of plan M.O.W. 15055 and the accompanying Schedule held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works, Napier, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Declaration as Subsidised Highway
NOTICE is hereby given that, at its meeting held in Wellington on 17 February 1969, the National Roads Board resolved as follows:
“Pursuant to section 12A of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board hereby determines that the carriageway of all that portion of the formed road through the Waitangi National Trust between S.O. 44898 and S.O. 45007 on S.O. Plan 152 shall be a subsidised highway.”
