AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY

SPECIAL ORDER

In exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 42, and in pursuance of the authority conferred on it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Auckland Regional Authority doth hereby resolve, by special resolution intended to operate as a special order, to borrow the sum of $118,400 as a special loan to be known as Bulk Water Supply Loan No. 14, 1967, $118,400, for the purposes of and incidental to the meeting of additional costs of the construction of the Khyber Pass Reservoir.

The foregoing special order was passed at a special meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority convened for that purpose and held on 11 November 1968, and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Authority held on 16 December 1968, having meantime been advertised in the New Zealand Herald on 23 November and 7 December 1968.

The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was hereto affixed in the presence of the Chairman and Secretary.

SPECIAL ORDER

In exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, Sections 34 and 36, and in pursuance of the authority conferred on it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf, the Auckland Regional Authority doth hereby resolve, by special resolution intended to operate as a special order, to borrow the sum of $400,000 to be known as Regional Roading Loan No. 1, 1967, $600,000—Second Issue, $400,000, for the purposes of and incidental to the acquiring of land for the protection of future regional roads and motorways.

The foregoing special order was passed at a special meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority convened for that purpose and held on 11 November 1968, and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Authority held on 16 December 1968, having meantime been advertised in the New Zealand Herald on 23 November and 7 December 1968.

The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was hereto affixed in the presence of the Chairman and Secretary.

In exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 43, and the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960, and in pursuance of the authority conferred on it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf, the Auckland Regional Authority doth hereby resolve, by special resolution intended to operate as a special order, to borrow the sum of $200,000 to be known as Drainage Loan No. 52, 1968, $2,100,000—First Issue, $200,000, for the purposes of and incidental to the improving and adding to the Manukau treatment plant and main sewer extensions.

The foregoing special order was passed at a special meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority convened for that purpose and held on 11 November 1968, and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Authority held on 16 December 1968, having meantime been advertised in the New Zealand Herald on 23 November and 7 December 1968.

SPECIAL ORDER

In exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, sections 45 and 24, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Auckland Regional Authority doth hereby resolve, by special resolution intended to operate as a special order, to borrow the sum of $106,000 (one hundred and six thousand dollars) as a special loan to be known as Property Loan No. 5 1968, $106,000, for the purpose of and incidental to the acquisition of the properties known as No. 74 and 76 Wellesley Street West, Auckland.

The foregoing special order was passed at a special meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority convened for that purpose and held on 11 November 1968, and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Authority held on 16 December 1968, having meantime been advertised in the New Zealand Herald on 23 November and 7 December 1968.

OTAKI BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Otaki District Scheme Approved

Pursuant to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the District Scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for Otaki Borough was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 17th day of December 1968, after all objections relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections allowed.

The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 1st day of January 1969.

Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council’s office and the public library at Otaki and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.
