plant, machinery, and implements, and to lay, construct, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line or lines of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of sewage and, from time to time and at all times, to drain, discharge, and convey sewage and other waste material and fluid in any quantities through and along the said line or lines of pipes.

An easement of right of way in gross over the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in the Porirua City Council full and free right and authority in perpetuity to enter upon the said lands by its contractors, agents, servants, and workmen, with or without vehicles, plant, machinery, and implements, and to form, metal, construct, reconstruct, repair, and maintain a roadway; and full and free right and authority in perpetuity for the said Council, its contractors, agents, servants, workmen, licensees, and invitees to pass and repass, with or without horses, vehicles, plant, machinery, and implements of any kind, over and along the said lands for the purpose of access to and from the said main outfall sewer extension and any part thereof, reserving to the owner or owners for the time being of the said lands the right for such owner or owners, their contractors, agents, servants, workmen, licensees, and invitees, with or without horses, vehicles, plant, machinery, and implements of any kind, to pass and repass over and along the said lands.

An easement over the lands described in the Third Schedule hereto, vesting in the Porirua City Council full and free right and authority for a period of 2 years from the gazetting of the proclamation vesting such right to enter upon the said lands by its contractors, agents, servants, and workmen, with or without vehicles, plant, machinery, and implements, and to open up the ground of the said lands to such extent and carry out such earthworks and other works and constructions as may be necessary or desirable for or in connection with the laying of the said line or lines of pipes and for or in connection with the formation and construction of the said roadway; subject to the condition that such parts of the said lands as are now grassed and remain suitable for regrassing after the carrying out of the said works will be properly resown in pasture grasses by the said Council as soon as reasonably possible after completion of the said earthworks.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken and plans of the lands affected by the said easements are deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk of the said Council, situate in Hagley Street, Porirua, and are open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands or easements should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land or easements, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at his office aforesaid.
If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing.
FIRST SCHEDULE
That piece of land containing 12.8 perches being part Lot 1, D.P. 752, part Section 109, Porirua District, Block XI, Paekakariki Survey District, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 912, folio 17 (Wellington Registry), such land being situated in the vicinity of the outlet end of the existing sewer tunnel near the foreshore at the north-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 752; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked “Main Sewer Outfall Extension Plan No. 1” deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk of the said Council, and thereon coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Those three pieces of land containing together 2 acres 2 roods 20.9 perches being parts of Lot 1, D.P. 752, part Section 109, Porirua District, Block XI, Paekakariki Survey District, and being parts of the land in certificate of title, Volume 912, folio 17 (Wellington Registry), such pieces of land being situated generally along the foreshore and extending from the north-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 752, to a point just south-west of Old Man Point; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked “Main Sewer Outfall Extension Plan No. 1” and “Main Sewer Outfall Extension Plan No. 2” deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk of the said Council, and thereon coloured yellow.
THIRD SCHEDULE
Those six pieces of land containing together 5 acres 2 roods 30.5 perches being parts of Lot 1, D.P. 752, part Section 109, Porirua District, Block XI, Paekakariki Survey District, and being parts of the land in certificate of title, Volume 912, folio 17 (Wellington Registry), such pieces of land being situated generally along the foreshore and extending from the north-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 752, to a point just south-west of Old Man Point; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked “Main Sewer Outfall Extension Plan No. 1” and “Main Sewer Outfall Extension Plan No. 2” deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk of the said Council, and thereon coloured burnt sienna.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Certified Copy of a Resolution passed at a meeting of the Auckland City Council held on the 11th day of December 1968
“That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and amendments, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and amendments, and regulations thereunder, and of all other powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of two hundred and sixty-one thousand five hundred dollars ($261,500) to be known as the Redemption Loan No. 44, 1968, $261,500, which amount is proposed to be raised by the Auckland City Council under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of repaying on maturity portions of Purchase of Properties Loan 1956, $300,000; Purchase of Properties Loan 1958, $300,000; Tram Track Removal Loan 1956, $400,000; Purchase of Properties Loan 1962, $500,000, the said Auckland City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal point nought six five four of a cent (.0654c) in the dollar ($) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property (of Auckland City) comprising the whole of the City of Auckland; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the said loan or until the loan is fully paid off.”

“That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and amendments, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and amendments, and regulations thereunder, and of all other powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves as follows:
