Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work in the Ohakune Borough and the Waimarino County and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 20th day of January 1969.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Putaruru Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Putaruru and revokes the reservation for public purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—PUTARURU BOROUGH

Lots 74, 76, and 112, D.P. 18021, being part Section 97, Block VI, Patetere North Survey District: area, 1 acre 1 rood 1.3 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 397, folio 233.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Geraldine Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Geraldine and revokes the reservation for a site for Town Board offices over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—GERALDINE BOROUGH

SECTION 150, Town of Geraldine, now known as Lot 2 and part Lot 3, D.P. 23651, situated in the Borough of Geraldine: area, 1 rood, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 113, folio 110. (S.O. Plan B.M. 308.)
