Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waitaki County Council and Revocation of Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Waitaki County Council and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for county buildings described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of Purpose of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Wai-iti Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a site for a scouts' hall and camping ground to a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Wai-iti Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for public purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Putaruru Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
