SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of December 1968.
3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be 10 dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 12 dollars ($12).

Foreshore Licence at Taieri Mouth

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Albert James Trounson (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Taieri Mouth, Bruce County, as shown, outlined in red, on the plan marked M.D. 13251 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining a jetty and breastwork thereon, as shown on said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

3. The licensee shall not at any time leave on the roadside any fish boxes or fish pots or any other gear.
4. The premium payable by the licensee shall be 2 dollars ($2), and the annual rental payable shall be 16 dollars ($16), payable as from 1 August 1969.

Revocation of a Foreshore Licence at Taieri Mouth

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Leslie Gerald Trounson on 24 February 1960* and subsequently assigned to National Mortgage and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd. and Albert James Trounson† to use and occupy a site on the foreshore at Taieri Mouth for the purposes of erecting and maintaining a jetty and breastwork thereon, as shown on plan M.D. 10678, is revoked as from 1 December 1968.

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waitemata County) Notice 1969.

The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
