MOUNT EDEN BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the body corporate called the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Eden proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, to execute a certain public work, namely, the development of land for roading purposes; and, for the purpose of such public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken, together with the owners and occupiers of such land, is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk, at the Council Chambers, 64 Valley Road, Mount Eden, Auckland 3, and it is open for public inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.
Every person affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land, who has an objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must state their objection, in writing, and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Council Chambers, 64 Valley Road, Mount Eden, Auckland 3.
If any objection is made in accordance with the foregoing paragraph a public hearing of the objection will be heard, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing four decimal eight perches (0A. 0R. 4.8P.), more or less, being part of Lots 2 and 3, D.R.O. 146, being part of Allotment 10 of Section 6 of the Suburbs of Auckland, being portion of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 520, folio 233, Auckland Registry, and being the western portion of 390 Mount Eden Road, Mount Eden, Auckland.

Every person affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land, who has an objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation), must state their objection, in writing, and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, Council Chambers, 64 Valley Road, Mount Eden, Auckland 3.

HAWKE’S BAY COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hawke’s Bay County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, to provide a public rubbish dump; and, for the purposes of such work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Hawke’s Bay County Council, situate in Browning Street, Napier, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the said County Council at its office, aforesaid; and if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

The above-described land is situate adjoining Springfield Road, in the Hawke’s Bay County, and in the Land Registration District and Land District of Hawke’s Bay; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked 5894 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier, and thereon coloured blue.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is hereby given by the Otorohanga County Council that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the First Schedule hereto, and to take for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road the portions of land described in the Second Schedule hereto. And notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the said pieces of land is on view and open for inspection at the office of the Council, at the address set out below, during ordinary business hours; and that every person affected by the taking of the said pieces of land should set forth, in writing, any objection he may wish to make, not being an objection to the amount of compensation payable, and send the written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk, Otorohanga County Council, Council Chambers, Maniapoto Street, Otorohanga.
