Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Whakatane Borough Council

Redefining the Boundaries of the Te Kuiti Abattoir District
(Notice No. Ag. 10359)

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Meat Act 1964, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of that section, notice is hereby given as follows:

(a) The Te Kuiti Abattoir District shall henceforth comprise the Borough of Te Kuiti and all the area within a distance of 5 miles from the Te Kuiti Borough boundary.

(b) The Te Kuiti Borough Council shall be the controlling authority of the Te Kuiti Abattoir.
