The Traffic (Hutt County) Notice No. 6, 1968

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hutt County) Notice No. 6, 1968.

The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 14th day of November 1961*, which relates to the No. 2 State Highway at Silverstream, in Hutt County, is hereby revoked.

Declaration That the Pukeatua Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Vesting in the Waipa County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Pukeatua Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act, and, further, pursuant to the said Act, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipa, in trust, for recreation purposes.
