Licensing Northland Harbour Board to Occupy a Site for a
Piled Framework in Wairupe Stream, Hokianga Harbour

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licences and permits Northland Harbour Board (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its administrators successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Wairupe Stream, Hokianga Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 3281 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a piled framework as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of December 1968.
3. The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 10 cents (10c), payable on demand.

Revoking the Foreshore Licence Issued to Starch Products
Ltd. to Use a Site for a Pipeline in Heathcote Estuary

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby gives notice that the licence signed on 6 August 1959,
authorising Starch Products Ltd. to use and occupy part
of the foreshore and land below low-water mark in the
Heathcote Estuary as a site for a pipeline, as shown on plan
M.D. 10635, is revoked.

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Piako County) Notice No. 2, 1968.
The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) (from Anderson Road to a point 14 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said highway from the Farndon-Pakipaki Road).
The Farndon-Pakipaki Road (Maraekakaho Road) (from the No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) to a point 20 chains measured north-westerly generally along the Farndon-Pakipaki Road from the said highway).

The Traffic (Mangonui County) Notice 1968

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Mangonui County) Notice 1968.
The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time during the period commencing with the 20th day of December in each year and ending with the 10th day of February in the next ensuing year shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of 30 miles an hour fixed by the said section.
