PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Waikato County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 2 roods 10.2 perches situated in Block XIII, Hapuakohe Survey District, adjoining or passing through part Allotment 158, Taupiri Parish (D.P. 14096); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22768 (S.O. 44330) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the assignment to Michael David Studholme and Paul Joseph Studholme, of “Braemar”, Lake Tekapo, farmers, by the New Zealand and Australian Land Co. Ltd., a duly incorporated company, having its registered office at Edinburgh and its head office in New Zealand, at Dunedin, of their rights, powers, and privileges under an Order in Council dated the 3rd day of April 1957 and published in the Gazette of the 4th day of the same month, at p. 578, and amended by an Order in Council dated the 11th day of May 1960 and published in the Gazette of the 12th day of the same month, at p. 613.

Rotorua, to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines in the
County of Whakatane

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby grants to the Department of Maori and Island Affairs, Rotorua (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), a licence, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.

CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961 shall be incorporated in, and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.

LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
- The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.
SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
- The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (d) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, and shall be an alternating current system.
DURATION OF LICENCE
- Unless sooner lawfully determined, this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1989, or until a supply of electricity is available from an electric power board or other public source of supply, whichever is the earlier.

SCHEDULE
LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described commencing from pole A situated in Section 9 and proceeding in a south-westerly direction to a house situated in Section 9.
All being situated in Ruatahuna Township, Block IX, Ruatahuna Survey District, in the County of Whakatane; the said lines being more particularly shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 769 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises John Alexander Frizzell, sheep farmer, of Springfield, Canterbury (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.

(b) in a north-easterly direction generally to a hut, thence under the main West Coast road to two farm buildings.
All being situated in Block IV, Coleridge Survey District, in the County of Malvern; the said lines and buildings being more particularly shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 761 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
