that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Nelson City Council hereby resolves that, for the purpose of
providing interest and other charges on a loan of $118,000,
to be known as the Land Purchase Loan No. 2, 1968, authorised
to be raised by the Nelson City Council under the
above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing land for
car parking, the Nelson City Council hereby makes and
levies a special rate of 0.07794c in the dollar upon the rateable
value on the basis of the unimproved value of all the rateable
property in the City of Nelson, comprising the whole of the
said city; and such special rate shall be an annually recurring
rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly
on the 15th day of August in each and every year during
