IN THE MATTER of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and IN THE MATTER of the "Philip James Tanner Memorial Library Fund":
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Education Board of the District of Auckland (hereinafter called "the Board") has filed in the Supreme Court at Auckland a motion for an order approving a scheme under the provisions of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 for the future administration and application of income from certain trust property held by it. The scheme relates to the sum of $1,000 plus accrued income as at the 10th day of July 1968 of $92.97, being a legacy from the estate of Joan Hewett, late of Cape Town, South Africa, deceased, given for the endowment of an annual award to the boy at the Stanley Bay School who has shown the most loyalty to the school during the year.

From and after the date on which the scheme is approved by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand the said moneys will be held by the Board to apply the annual income therefrom for the purchase of books for a library at the Stanley Bay School to be known as the "Philip James Tanner Memorial Library" and otherwise upon the trusts and in accordance with the provisions more particularly set out in the said scheme.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the motion is to be heard at the Supreme Court at Auckland on Friday, the 6th day of December 1968, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, and any person desiring to oppose the scheme is hereby required to give written notice of his intention so to do to the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Auckland and to the Board at the offices of its solicitors under-mentioned and to the Attorney-General not less than 7 clear days before the said date of hearing.
