In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Wally Iti Electrical Ltd., notice is hereby given that, by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362(1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company, on the 18th day of October 1968, passed the following resolutions:

  1. That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue in business, and that it is advisable that the company be wound up as a members’ voluntary winding-up.

  2. That Jack Bayne Townsend, public accountant, of Lower Hutt, be appointed liquidator.
    A meeting of creditors will accordingly be held at the offices of J. L. Arcus and Co., B.N.Z. Chambers, High Street, Lower Hutt, at 10.30 a.m. on the 15th day of November 1968.

  3. To confirm the appointment of the liquidator or appoint another instead.

  4. To appoint a committee of inspection, if thought fit.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Wally Iti Electrical Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 29th day of November 1968 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish the title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
