NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1968, No. 8.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

PURSUANT to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1968, No. 3.
  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land referred to in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the said land was partitioned by subsequent order of the Maori Land Court; and whereas certain of the said land has been released from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid, and it is desired that the balance of the said land shall be gazetted under the current appellation:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1968, No. 12.
  2. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
  3. This notice is issued in replacement of the notice referred to in the First Schedule, which is hereby revoked.

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the area of the land was incorrectly stated in the said notice; and whereas it is desired to amend the said notice by a further notice referring to the land by its correct area:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be described as the Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1968, No. 10.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
  3. The land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 16 October 1968, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton to Woodville) commencing at the south-eastern boundary of Palmerston North City and proceeding generally in an easterly direction to its intersection with Stoney Creek Road, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plans M.O.W. 14522 and the accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Palmerston North, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
