Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Wellington City Council
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said Reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, in trust, for that purpose.

Wellington Land District—City of Wellington Lot 28, D.P. 22265, being part Section 14, Watts Peninsular District, situated in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District; area, 29.97 perches, more or less. Document No. 747900.

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for gravel purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Westland, in trust, for that purpose.

Westland Land District—Westland County RESERVE 2115 (formerly Crown land), situated in Block XI, Bruce Bay Survey District; area, 2 roods, more or less (S.O. Plan: Roll 1/18).

Addition of Land to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park
Pursuant to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the 17th day of October 1968, be added to and form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park as a reserve for recreation purposes, to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.

North Auckland Land District—Whangarei County Whakapakara Block, Papakura Block, Kirikiri Pawhaoa A Section 3 Block, Kirikiri Pawhoao A Section 1 Block, and part Kirikiri Pawhaoa A Section 1B Block, all situated in Block II, Whangaruru Survey District: total area, 668 acres and 7.9 perches, more or less. The Road Classification (State Highways) Notice No. 3, 1968
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (State Highways) Notice No. 3, 1968.
-
It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads Board, that the State highways as set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the classes set out in the said Schedule.

So much of the Warrant dated the 22nd day of September 1961† as relates to the former Thames County roads now forming part of No. 25A State Highway is hereby revoked.
-
So much of the Warrants dated the 8th day of June 1965‡ and the 16th day of February 1968§ as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

State Highways Classified in Class One
No. 7 State Highway (Waipara-Greymouth via Lewis Pass) (from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) at Waipara to the Cobden Bridge at Greymouth).
State Highways Classified in Class Two
No. 25A State Highway (Kopu-Hikuai) (from the No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton-Kopu) at Kopu and proceeding north-easterly generally to the No. 25 State Highway (Piopiroa-Waihi via Coromandel) at Hikuai).

Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereof the land referred to in that notice as Parish of Waipipi, Lot 310, part, is now subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the said land was subsequently partitioned and it is desired to release that part of the said land known as Parish of Waipipi, Lot 310B 2, from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs gives notice as follows:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1968, No. 11.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
