PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a
loan of twenty-one thousand dollars ($21,000) authorised
to be raised by the Mount Roskill Borough Council under
the above-mentioned Act for repayment of $21,000 borrowed
for roading purposes, due and payable on the 27th day of
February 1969, the said Mount Roskill Borough Council
