PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits National Mortgage and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its administrators, successors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the river at Taieri Mouth, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13112 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a breastwork, jetty, and shed, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

Amending Foreshore Licence at Russell, Bay of Islands

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby amends the licence of 31 October 1967* authorising A. E. Fuller and Sons Ltd. to use and occupy parts of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Russell, Bay of Islands, by:
(a) deleting the words “barge mooring piles” wherever they occur and substituting therefor the word “jetty”.
(b) deleting the symbols “MD 12683” and substituting therefor the symbols “MD 13086”.
