β¨ Government and Administrative Appointments
- The trustees may enclose any part or parts of the foreshore described in the Second Schedule to this order for the purpose of holding athletic sports or games and may, by bylaws, fix a charge for admission to such enclosed part or parts:
Provided that the total number of days on which such enclosures are made shall not exceed six in any one year.

Nothing herein contained shall authorise the trustees to remove or cause to be removed any stone, sand, shingle, or shells without the consent of the Minister being first obtained.

The said rights, powers, and privileges may be at any time resumed by the Governor-General, without payment or any compensation whatever, on giving to the trustees six calendar months' notice in writing. Any such notice shall be sufficient if given by the Minister and delivered at or posted to the last-known address of the trustees in New Zealand.

Revocation of Certification of Premises as a Reformatory Home and as an Inebriates Home
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Reformatory Institutions Act 1909, the premises situated at 126 Britomart Street, Wellington, known as the Paulina Home, was certified as a reformatory home and as an inebriates home by warrant dated the 18th day of October 1957*:
Now, therefore, pursuant to the said Act, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the warrant dated the 18th day of October 1957 certifying the said Home to be a reformatory home and an inebriates home under the said Act, on and from the 1st day of October 1968.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 26th day of September 1968.

Declaring Land in the Otago Land District Subject to Specified Provisions of the Mining Act 1925

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Mining Act 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
THE land described in the Schedule hereto is made subject to the provisions of the Mining Act 1926, for the sole purpose of enabling grants of applications for water race licences and other mining privileges in respect of water over this land.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land containing 40 acres 3 roods 5 perches, more or less, being Section 16, Block XIII, Maniototo Survey District, within the Otago Land District; as is more particularly delineated, in red, on the plan deposited in the Head Office of the Mines Department.

NOTICE
THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby exempted from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Nelson Land District containing by way of admeasurement 29.60 perches, more or less, situated in Block XIV, Reefton Survey District, being Lots 2 and 3, Deposited Plan No. 255, and being part of Section 151, Square 131, as described in certificate of title, Volume 93, folio 118.
