Appointment of the Waitemata County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Waitemata County Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a recreation reserve.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT-WAITEMATA COUNTY ALLOTMENT 573, Waipareira Parish (formerly part Lot 1, D.P. 31697), situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District: area, 2 acres 2 roods 34.5 perches, more or less (S.O. 45771).

Board Appointed to Have Control of Te Houka Public Hall

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

Noel Graeme Bennett, Richard Ronald Botting, Allan Dovey, Arthur William Moffat, James Maurice Moffat, Neville Owen Moffat, Peter Watson Moffat, Benjamin Harrison Throp, and Oswald Bain Throp

to be the Te Houka Public Hall Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a site for a public hall.

Revocation of Appointment of Raurimu Public Hall Board, Change of Purpose of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes, and Addition of Reserve to Raurimu Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Raurimu Public Hall Board, as published in Gazette, 2 May 1957, No. 35, p. 767, and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve as a site for a public hall to a reserve for recreation purposes; and further, declares the reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, to form part of the Raurimu Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT-TAUMARUNUI COUNTY SECTION 7, Block II, Town of Raurimu, situated in Block XII, Kaitieke Survey District: area, 31 perches, more or less (S.O. 15625).
