At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of August 1968
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of Te Kopia Road, situated in Blocks V and VIII, Ngongotaha Survey District, commencing at the easternmost corner of Section 32, Block V, Ngongotaha Survey District, and proceeding generally in a south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 225 chains, and terminating at the southernmost corner of Section 3, Block VIII, Ngongotaha Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked M.O.W. 22461 (S.O. 42945), M.O.W. 22462 (S.O. 42946), and M.O.W. 22463 (S.O. 42948) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B, B-C, and C-D respectively.
Also, all that portion of Te Weta Road, situated in Block V, Ngongotaha Survey District, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 42, Block V, Ngongotaha Survey District, and proceeding generally in a south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 115 chains, and terminating at the easternmost corner of Section 20, Block V, Ngongotaha Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22464 (S.O. 42949) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

ALL that portion of Waihora Road, situated in Block VII, Marotiri Survey District, commencing at its junction with Marotiri Road in the western corner of Section 10, Block VII, Marotiri Survey District, and proceeding generally southerly, south-easterly, and south-westerly for a distance of approximately 286 chains and terminating at a point approximately 8 chains south-west of the southernmost corner of Section 15, Block VII, Marotiri Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked M.O.W. 22589 (S.O. 42309), M.O.W. 22591 (S.O. 43506), and M.O.W. 22590 (S.O. 43505) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B, B-C, and C-D respectively.
Also, all that portion of Otaki Road, situated in Block VII, Marotiri Survey District, commencing at its junction with Waihora Road in the northernmost corner of Section 18, Block VII, Marotiri Survey District, and proceeding generally in a south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 70 chains and terminating at the easternmost corner of Section 18, Block VII, Marotiri Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22591 (S.O. 43506) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked E-F.
