(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) Stops the said road.

ALL that portion of road in Block I, Maramarua Survey District, North Auckland R.D., commencing at the southern boundary of Allotment 7, Section IV, Village of Havelock, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 3½ chains and terminating at the south-eastern corner of Allotment 19, Section IV, Village of Havelock.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22127 (S.O. 45732) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.
