Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block II, Maketu Survey District, Tauranga County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (which was acquired for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be under the control of the National Roads Board and shall be maintained by the said board in like manner as other roads are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

Allocating Railway Land for Road in the City of Nelson
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was acquired for the Nelson-Greymouth Railway and is not now required for that purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road; and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.
