Boundaries of City of Nelson, County of Waimea, and the
Whangamoa and Waimea East Ridings of the County of
Waimea Defined

PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954 and section 16 of the Counties Act 1956, the Secretary
for Internal Affairs hereby defines as set out in the Schedule
hereto the boundaries of the City of Nelson, County of
Waimea, and the Whangamoa and Waimea East Ridings
of the County of Waimea, the boundaries having previously
been altered by Orders in Council made on 29 March 1965
and published in Gazette, 1 April 1965, No. 17, p. 437; on
26 April 1966 and published in Gazette, 5 May 1966, No. 25,
p. 717; on 21 June 1967 and published in Gazette, 22 June
1967, No. 39, p. 1065; and on 15 November 1967 and published
in Gazette, 16 November 1967, No. 73, p. 2073.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District bounded by a line
commencing at a point at low-water mark upon the seaward
side of the Boulder Bank, in line with the north-eastern
boundary of part Section 16, District of Suburban North,
being the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 2A,
folio 331, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction
by a right line to and along the north-eastern boundary of
the aforesaid part Section 16, District of Suburban North,
to the north-western side of No. 6 State Highway; thence
