BOUNDARIES OF ROTORUA COUNTY

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded
by a line commencing at the intersection of the south-western
boundary of Section 3, Block II, Rotorua Survey District,
and a right line between the westernmost corner of Lot 1,
D.P. S. 9825, in Block V, Horohoro Survey District, and
Trig. Station 27, Puwhenua, at the easternmost corner of
Block VII, Tapapa East Survey District, and proceeding
south-easterly along that south-western boundary to the north-
western boundary of Section 13, Block III, Rotorua Survey
District; thence north-easterly along that boundary and its
production to the middle of the Ohaupara Stream; thence
easterly generally down the middle of that stream to and
down the middle of the Mangorewa River to a point in line
with the northern boundary of part Section 9, Block I, Rotoiti
Survey District; thence easterly to and along the southern
boundary of part Section 1, Block XIV, Maketu Survey Dis-
trict, and its production to the middle of the Kaituna River;
thence southerly up the middle of that river to a point in
line with the north-eastern boundary of part Okere 1E; thence
south-easterly to and along that boundary and its production
to the middle of No. 33 State Highway; thence southerly
generally along the middle of that state highway to a point
in line with the northern boundary of part Waipapa 1n;

northerly down the middle of that stream to a point in line

Survey District; thence to and along that boundary and its
production to the middle of Pongakawa Valley Road; thence
south-easterly generally along the middle of that road to a
point in line with the southern boundary of Section 10,
Block VI, Rotoma Survey District; thence to and along that
boundary and the southern boundary of Section 2, Block VII,
Rotoma Survey District, and its production to the eastern side
of Lake Rotoma Road; thence south-easterly generally along
the generally northern boundary of Section 12, Block VII,

BOUNDARIES OF MAMAKU RIDING OF COUNTY OF ROTORUA

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Rotorua
County, bounded by a line commencing in Block X, Rotorua
Survey District, at the intersection of the middle of No. 5
State Highway and the western boundary of Rotorua County,
as hereinbefore described, and proceeding south-easterly
along the middle of that state highway to a point in line with
the middle of the Rotorua Branch Railway; thence easterly
generally to and along the middle of that railway to a point
in line with the eastern boundary of part Section 8, Block XVI,
Rotorua Survey District; thence to and along that boundary
to the north-eastern corner of Lot 13, D.P. S. 130; thence
along the northern boundaries of Lots 13, 12, and 11, D.P.
S. 130, along a right line to and along the northern boundaries
of Lots 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, D.P. S. 130, to the
western boundary of the last-named lot; thence southerly

No. 3G 1, 3C 5, and 3A 5, parts Patetere South 1A and 1B 2
(state forest: New Zealand Gazette, 1941, p. 2713) and Pate-
tere South 1B 3 to the northernmost corner of Rotomahana
Parekarangi 1A (part state forest, aforesaid); thence south-
easterly, south-westerly, and north-westerly along the north-
eastern, south-eastern, and south-western boundaries of 1A,
aforesaid, to and along the south-western boundary of Pate-
tere South 1B 3 to the western boundary of the County of
Rotorua, as hereinbefore described; thence north-westerly and
north-easterly along that boundary to the point of commence-
ment.
