(c) To pay out of the Trust Fund the reasonable costs and expenses of all parties of and incidental to preparing and perusing this Scheme and submitting the same for the approval of the Attorney-General and to the proceedings in the Supreme Court in connection therewith.
PROVIDED THAT no part of the Trust Fund shall be applied so as to exonerate or relieve the public funds from any charge or expense which, but for such expenditure, would be incurred.
The said Scheme and the Attorney-General's report therein have been filed in and may be inspected at the office of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth.
The date proposed for the hearing of the application to approve the said Scheme is the 14th day of October 1968.
Any person desiring to oppose the said Scheme is required to give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth and to the Board (whose address for service is the office of Messrs Govett, Quilliam & Co., Maritime Building, Brougham Street, New Plymouth) and also to the Attorney-General not less than seven days before the said date proposed for the hearing of the application.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portion of land described in the First Schedule hereto, and to take for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road the portion of land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and to stop the portions of road described in the Third Schedule hereto. A plan of the portions of land proposed to be taken and the portions of road proposed to be stopped is open for public inspection at the offices of the Waikato County Council, Grey Street, Hamilton East, during 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons objecting to the proposal must lodge their objection, in writing, at the office of the Council on or before the 2nd day of October 1968.

TAKAPUNA CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Land Purchase Loan 1968, $50,000
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Takapuna City Council resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on the Land Purchase Loan 1968, $50,000, authorised to be raised by the Takapuna City Council by way of special loan under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of purchasing land in the vicinity of Lake Pupuke, the Takapuna City Council makes a special rate of decimal nought nought seven cents (.007c) in the dollar ($) on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property in the City of Takapuna); and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of thirty-five (35) years, or until the loan is fully paid off”.
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Takapuna City Council held on the 20th day of August 1968.

Civic Building Loan 1968, $40,000
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Takapuna City Council resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on the Civic Building Loan 1968, $40,000, authorised to be raised by the Takapuna City Council by way of special loan under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of meeting part of the cost of providing accommodation for service organisations, the Takapuna City Council makes a special rate of decimal nought nought six cents (.006) in the dollar ($) on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property in the City of Takapuna); and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of thirty-five (35) years, or until the loan is fully paid off”.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Takapuna City Council resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on the Hauraki Off-Street Parking Loan 1968, $16,600, authorised to be raised by the Takapuna City Council by way of special loan under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of purchasing and developing property for off-street parking, the Takapuna City Council makes a special rate of decimal seven two cents (.72) in the dollar ($) on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property in the City of Takapuna); and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of twenty-five (25) years, or until the loan is fully paid off”.
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Takapuna City Council held on the 20th day of August 1968.
