At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of August 1968

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Milk Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Waitomo Milk Supply Approval Order 1968.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of September 1968.

  1. The association of milk producers known as the Te Kuiti Producers Co-op. Association Ltd. is hereby approved as the supply association for the Waitomo milk district which was constituted by the Milk Districts Order 1968.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, the land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of road situated in the Mount Robinson Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Amending an Order in Council Declaring the Number of Members and Apportioning Representation on the Otago Catchment Board

At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of August 1968

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 17th day of March 1948 and published in Gazette No. 16, 24 March at p. 330, as amended by Order in Council dated the 7th day of July 1948 and published in Gazette No. 39, of the 8th day of July, at p. 854, and further amended by Order in Council dated the 23rd day of September 1953 and published in Gazette No. 53, of the 24th day of September 1953, declaring the number of members and apportioning representation on the Otago Catchment Board, by deleting therefrom the Schedule thereto and substituting therefor the following Schedule.

Representation on Napier United Urban Fire Board

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Fire Services Act 1949, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

THE Order in Council, dated 23 February 1954, and published in the Gazette, 1954, Vol. I, p. 292, constituting the Napier United Urban Fire District is hereby amended by revoking clause 3 thereof and substituting the following clause:

“(3) That the number of members to be elected to represent the Councils of the City of Napier and the County of Hawke’s Bay on the Board of the Napier United Urban Fire District shall be three, who shall be elected as follows:

(a) Two members by resolution of the Napier City Council:

(b) One member by resolution of the Hawke’s Bay County Council”.
