IN a notice dated the 9th day of August 1968 and published in Gazette, 15 August 1968, No. 50, p. 1349, the appointment of Pounawea Domain Board, Section 32, Block VI, Glenomaru Survey District, was omitted from the Schedule and should have been included as contained in the original notice signed by the Minister of Lands.

Amending a Proclamation Defining Middle Line of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Proclamation dated the 25th day of September 1963, published in Gazette, 1963, Vol. 3, p. 1523, and registered as Proclamation No. 20084, North Auckland Land Registry (hereinafter termed “the former Proclamation”), defining the middle line of a portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, is hereby so amended that the former Proclamation shall affect not only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 8508 referred to in the former Proclamation, but also the land referred to in the Schedule hereto within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 22498.

PURSUANT to the Milk Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Whakatane Milk Supply Approval Order 1968.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of September 1968.

2. The association of milk producers known as the Whakatane Co-op. Milk Producers Ltd. is hereby approved as the supply association for the Whakatane milk district which was constituted by the Milk Districts Order 1968.
