Western Bay of Plenty Milk District
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District comprising the City of Tauranga, the Boroughs of Mount Maunganui and Te Puke, and part of the County of Tauranga, as bounded by a line commencing at the middle of the mouth of the Tuapiro Creek in Block V, Katikati S.D., and proceeding generally south-westerly along the mean high-water mark of the sea, following the shores of Tauranga Harbour and the Bay of Plenty, to the north-eastern corner of Waewaehikitia No. 1 in Block IV, Waihi S.D.; thence southerly along the eastern boundary of Waewaehikitia No. 1, aforesaid, along a right line across the East Coast Main Trunk Railway, to and along the eastern boundaries of Urupa Block and Waewaehikitia 2B, 2A, and 3, along a right line across a public road, to and along the eastern boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 8636, along a right line across State Highway No. 2, to and along the eastern boundaries of Lots 2, 4, and 6. D.P. 35929, Lots 15, 14, part 13, 11, and 10, D.P. 8636, along the eastern boundaries of Tahunaroa 3A, and Section 6, Block VI, Waihi South S.D., to its south-eastern corner; thence along a right line in the direction of the north-western corner of part Section 15, Block XI, Rotoma S.D., to the northern boundary of Section 12, Block VII, Rotoma S.D.; thence westerly generally along the northern boundary of the aforesaid Section 12, along a right line across the Rotoma-Matata Road, to and along the northern boundary of Section 8, Block VII, aforesaid, along the northern boundaries of Sections 15 and 18, Block VI, Rotoma S.D., and along a right line being that boundary produced to the middle of the Pongakawa-Rotoehu Road; thence north-westerly generally along the middle of that road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 2, Block I, Rotoma S.D.; thence westerly generally along a right line to and along the aforesaid northern boundary and along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Pongakawa Stream; thence up the middle of that stream to and along the northern boundaries of part Rotoiti 5B, 5A, part 4, and 3v, crossing the intervening Kaikokopu and Maniatutu Roads, and along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Pokopoko Stream; thence down the middle of that stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of part Waipapa 1D; thence along a right line to and along that northern boundary and along another right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of State Highway No. 33; thence northerly generally along the middle of that highway to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Okere 1E; thence westerly generally along a right line to and along the north-eastern boundary of the said Okere 1E and along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Kaituna River; thence down the middle of that river to a point in line with the northern boundary of Ngatipahiko B 1B; thence along a right line to and along the northern boundary of the said B 1B, along the northern boundaries of Section 2 and 1, Block II, Rotoiti S.D., the abutment of Kapukapu Road and the northern boundary of Section 9, Block I, Rotoiti S.D., and along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Mangorewa River; thence up the middle of the said river to and up the middle of the Ohaupara Stream to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 13, Block III, Rotorua S.D.; thence along a right line to and along that north-western boundary, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Taumata 3A 1B to its intersection with a right line between the westernmost corner of Section 9, Block V, Horohoro S.D. and Trig. Station 27, Puwhenua, being the easternmost corner of Block VII, Tapapa East S.D.; thence northerly generally along the said right line to Trig. Station 27, aforesaid, and along another right line in the direction of Trig. Station 146, Te Weraiti, in Block IV, Opoutahi S.D., to the boundary of the Thames Valley Milk District, as hereinbefore described; thence generally northerly along that boundary to the point of commencement, including Matakana Island and all other adjacent islands within the Tauranga Harbour.

Rotorua Milk District
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District comprising the City of Rotorua and part of the County of Rotorua, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the north-east boundary of Taimata 3A 1B, in Block II, Rotorua S.D., and a right line between Trig. Station 27, Puwhenua, in Block VII, Tapapa East S.D., and the westernmost corner of Section 9, Block V, Horohoro S.D., and proceeding south-westerly along that right line to the middle of the Mangakotaha Stream, in Block I, Horohoro S.D.; thence south-easterly along another right line to the middle of No. 5 State Highway, at its intersection with Rerewhakaaitu Road, in Block III, Paeroa S.D.; thence southerly along the middle of that highway to its intersection with Loop Road, at Waiotapu; thence generally easterly along the middle of Loop Road, Weirs Road, No. 38 State Highway, Northern Boundary Road, and the northern boundary of part Section 2, Block II, Kaingaroa S.D., declared State forest (New Zealand Gazette, 1944, p. 359), and the southern boundary of part Run 55, declared Crown land (section 29, Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1953), to its intersection with a right line between Trig. Stations, 18, Maungawhakamana, in Block III, Ruawahia S.D., and 38, Ahiwhakamura, in Block X, Kaingaroa S.D.; thence northerly along that right line to Trig. Station 18, aforesaid, and along another right line to the south-west corner of Allotment 63, Parish of Matata; thence

along the western boundary of that allotment to the northern boundary of Block XV, Rotoma S.D.; thence westerly along that boundary and along the southern and western boundaries of Block X, and the western boundary of Block VI, Rotoma S.D., to the boundary of the Western Bay of Plenty Milk District, as hereinbefore described; thence westerly along that boundary to the point of commencement.

Whakatane Milk District
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District comprising the Boroughs of Whakatane and Kawerau, and part of the Counties of Rotorua, Opotiki, and Whakatane, bounded by a line commencing at the north-east corner of Waewaehikitia No. 1, Block IV, Waihi South S.D., and proceeding south-easterly along the mean high-water mark of the sea, and across the entrance of the Ohia Harbour to the middle of that entrance; thence south-westerly along a right line to the middle of the Nukuhou River; thence up the middle of that river to a point due east of the intersection of Wainui Road with the middle of Stanley Road; thence due west to and along the middle of Stanley Road and the public road forming the western boundary of Allotments 316, 317, 328, and 329, all of Waimana Parish, and the eastern and southern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 2493, the middle of No. 2 State Highway, Ruddicks and Wardlaw Road, to the middle of the Waimana River; thence up the middle of that river and Raroa Stream to the northern boundary of Block VII, Waimana S.D.; thence along a right line to Trig. Station Taumata-o-hura; thence generally westerly along the southern boundaries of Blocks VII, VI, and V, Waimana S.D., the southern boundaries of Blocks VIII, VII, VI, and V, Rangitaiki Lower S.D., and the southern boundaries of Blocks VIII and VII, Ruawahia S.D., to its intersection with a right line between Trig. Station 38, Hiwhakamura, in Block X, Kaingaroa S.D., and Trig. Station 18, Maungawhakamana, in Block III, Ruawahia S.D., being a point on the boundary of the Rotorua Milk District, as hereinbefore described; thence generally northerly along that boundary and the boundary of the Western Bay of Plenty Milk District, as hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement.

Murupara Milk District
ALL that area in the South Auckland and Gisborne Land Districts comprising the Borough of Murupara and part of the Counties of Whakatane and Rotorua, bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station Taumata-o-hura in Block VII, Waimana S.D., being a point on the boundary of the Whakatane Milk District, as hereinbefore described, and proceeding westerly along that boundary to its intersection with a right line between Trig. Station 38, Ahiwhakamura, in Block X, Kaingaroa S.D., and Trig. Station 18, Maungawhakamana, in Block III, Ruawahia S.D.; thence southerly along that right line to the northern boundary of part Run 55, declared State forest (New Zealand Gazette, 1926, p. 1918); thence south-westerly along that boundary to Trig. Station Te Rere and along a right line to and along the middle of Goudies Road to its intersection with a right line between Trig. Station 31, Paeroa, situated in Block V, Paeroa S.D., and Trig. Station 76A, Tawhiwhau, situated in Block XIV, Galatea S.D.; thence south-easterly along that right line to its intersection with the production of a right line between Trig. Station 18, Maungawhakamana, situated in Block III, Ruawahia S.D., and Trig. Station 38, Ahiwhakamura, situated in Block X, Kaingaroa S.D.; thence south-easterly along a right line to Trig. Station 78A, Pekepeke, situated in Block III, Wheao S.D.; thence southerly along a right line to Trig. Station 76, Taupiri, situated in Block XII, Wheao S.D., along another right line to Trig. Station F, Tiritiri, situated in Block III, Heruiwi S.D., and another right line to Trig. Station B, Pukeroa, situated in Block XI, Heruiwi S.D., and another right line to Trig. Station Te Taumutu situated in Block XVI, Heruiwi S.D., and the production of that line to the south-eastern watershed of the Rangitaiki and Whakatane Rivers; thence generally north-easterly along that watershed, passing through Trig. Stations XIII, Moerangi, N, Mapouriki, 2126, Maungapohatu, and the eastern watershed of the Tauranga and Waimana Rivers to Trig. Station B. 2161, Kaharoa, in Block II, Waioeka South S.D.; thence north-westerly along a right line to Trig. Station Taumata-O-hura in Block VII, Waimana S.D., being the point of commencement.

Opotiki Milk District
ALL that area in the Gisborne and South Auckland Land Districts comprising the Borough of Opotiki, the County of Opotiki, and part of the County of Whakatane, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the mean high-water mark of the sea in Block III, Whangaparaoa North S.D., being the north-easternmost corner of Whangaparaoa part 2D and 2E 2B 1 Block, and proceeding south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of Whangaparaoa Part 2D and 2E 2B 1 Block, crossing State Highway No. 35 and another intervening public road, and along the north-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block I, Matakaoa West S.D., to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned section; thence westerly generally along the southern boundaries of Section 1, aforesaid, Whangaparaoa part 2D and 2E 2B 2 Block and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Whangaparaoa River, up the middle of that river to a point in line with the middle of the Mangapouri Stream, to and up the middle of that stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 10599 (AK), to and along that boundary to the north-western corner of the said Lot 1; thence southerly generally
