Poverty Bay Milk District

ALL that area in the Gisborne and Hawke’s Bay Land Districts comprising the City of Gisborne, the Counties of Cook, Waiapu, and Waikohu, and part of the County of Wairoa, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the mean high-water mark of the sea in Block III, Whangaparaoa North S.D., being the north-easternmost corner of part Whangaparaoa 2D and 2E 2B 1, and being a point on the boundary of the Opotiki Milk District, as hereinbefore described and proceeding along that boundary and the south-eastern watershed of the Rangitaiki and Whakatane Rivers to Trig. Station 2126, Mangapohatu, in Block XII, Ruatahura S.D.; thence south-easterly along a right line towards Trig. Station Puketapu in Block VII, Tuahu S.D., to its intersection with the western boundary of part Lot 2, L.T. 619; thence northerly along that boundary, and along the western boundary of part Lot 18, D.P. 1970, to its northermost corner; thence generally south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of that lot, the southern boundary of Lot 2, L.T. 618, the western boundary of Lot 19, D.P. 1950, the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 21, D.P. 1951, crossing the intersecting Papunui-Ruakituri Road, the southern boundary of Lot 20, D.P. 1950, the south-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block VIII, Tuahu S.D., and its production to the middle of the Gisborne-Waikaremoana Road; thence generally easterly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Ruakaka Road; thence to and along that roadside, the northern and eastern boundaries of Section 10, Block IX, Hangaroa S.D., and the eastern side

of Ruakaka Road to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 1, Block X, Hangaroa S.D.; thence generally south-easterly to and along that boundary, the south-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 2296, the south-western and southern boundaries of part Lot 3A, L.T. 501, and the production of the last boundary to the middle of the Hangaroa River; thence down the middle of that river to a point in line with the westernmost boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 1381; thence to and along that boundary, crossing No. 36 State Highway, and along the generally southern boundaries of that lot to Trig. Station K in Block III, Opotiki S.D.; thence southerly along a right line to Trig. Station F4 in Block VIII, Opotiki S.D., and along the south-eastern boundary of part Mangapoike 2D and its production to the middle of the Mangarangiora Stream; thence down the middle of that stream and up the middle of the Mangapoike River, to the western boundary of part Mangapoike B; thence southerly along that boundary crossing the Waingake-Mangapoike Road, the generally western boundaries of Section 1, Block V, Nuhaka North S.D., and the western boundary of Section 2, Block V, aforesaid, to the northern side of Mangapahi Road; thence generally easterly along that roadside to the eastern boundary of Section 3, Block V, Nuhaka North S.D.; thence northerly along that boundary, the southern boundary of part Nuhaka 2B 2A 2, and the generally western boundaries of Section 2, Block VI, Nuhaka North S.D., to Trig. Station Pukehoe; thence south-easterly along the generally north-eastern boundaries of the said Section 2, and along the south-western boundary of part Maraetaha 2C, crossing Tarewa Road and its production to the middle of the Puninga River; thence down the middle of that river and the Nuhaka River to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 11, Block XI, Nuhaka North S.D.; thence to and along that boundary and the eastern side of a public road to the north-eastern boundary of Section 2, Block XI, Nuhaka North S.D.; thence south-easterly along that boundary to the north-western boundary of No. 2 State Highway; thence north-easterly along the north-western side of No. 2 State Highway to a point in line with the south-western boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 2315; thence to and along that boundary, the western and southern boundaries of part Lot 6, D.P. 1026, crossing the Gisborne-Palmerston North Railway, and the last boundary produced to the middle of Waiau River, southerly down the middle of that river to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Takararoa Block, as defined by D.P. 1759, in Block XIII, Paritu S.D., to and along that boundary, crossing Opoutama Road produced to the mean high-water mark of the sea; thence generally northerly and westerly along that high-water mark to the point of commencement, including East and Porewa Islands.

Wairoa Milk District

ALL that area in the Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, and South Auckland Land Districts comprising the Borough of Wairoa and part of the Counties of Cook and Wairoa, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the mean high-water mark of the sea, being the north-eastern corner of part Takararoa Block D.P. 1759 (Hawke’s Bay Registry), in Block XIII, Paritu S.D. and proceeding north-westerly generally along the north-eastern boundary of the said part Takararoa Block and its production across the Opoutama Road to and along the said north-eastern boundary and its production to the middle of the Waiau River, northerly up the middle of that river to a point in line with the south-western boundary of part Lot 6, D.P. 1026 (Gisborne Registry), to and along that boundary and its production across the Palmerston North-Gisborne Railway to and along the southern and western boundaries of said part Lot 6 and the south-western boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 2315, and its production across the former No. 2 State Highway to its north-western side, south-westerly along that roadside to the south-western boundary of Section 4, Block XI, Nuhaka North S.D., along that boundary and its production across No. 2 State Highway to and along the said boundary to the eastern side of a public road, northerly along that roadside and along the south-western boundary of Section 11, Block XI, Nuhaka North S.D., and its production to the middle of the Nuhaka River, up the middle of that river and of the Puninga Stream to a point in line with the south-western boundary of part Maraetaha 2C in Block VII, Nuhaka North S.D., to and along that boundary and its production across Tarewa Road to and along the said boundary, the south-western boundary of Section 3A, Block VII, Nuhaka North S.D., the aforementioned south-western boundary of part Maraetaha 2C, and parts Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 2796 to Trig. Station J, Pukehoe, in Block VI, Nuhaka North S.D., along the eastern and southern boundaries of parts Nuhaka 2B 2A 2, the eastern boundary of Section 3, Block V, Nuhaka North S.D., to the northern side of Mangapahi Road, westerly along that roadside to the western boundary of Section 2, Block V, Nuhaka North S.D., along the said western boundary and the western and northern boundaries of Section 1, Block V, Nuhaka North S.D., the western boundary of part Mangapoike B, and its production across Waingake-Mangapoike Road, to and along the said western boundary to the middle of the Mangapoike River, down the middle of that river to its confluence with the Mangarangiora Stream, up the middle of that stream to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of part Mangapoike 2D to and along that boundary to Trig. Station F 4 in Block VIII, Opotiki S.D., northerly along a right line to Trig.
